Free UK Delivery

We offer free tracked delivery to the United Kingdom on all orders. No hidden fees or customs charges for UK buyers.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 pm UK time may be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery to the UK usually takes 7 to 15 working days. The total estimated delivery time from the date of your order is approximately 8 to 18 working days.

Shipping Method

We ship via tracked international delivery services. The final-mile delivery in the UK may be handled by a local courier or postal service. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Updates

Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after dispatch. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Address

We deliver to residential and business addresses across the United Kingdom. Please ensure your full name, street address, house number, city and postcode are correct before placing your order. Delivery to remote areas, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take longer.

Lost Parcel

If your order has not arrived within 25 working days from the dispatch date, please contact us at sales@homehvn.co.uk with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will either resend your order free of charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
