Welcome to HomeHvn. HomeHvn is the trading name of Valerii Malishchuk, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to HomeHvn. By visiting or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Section 1 — Access and Account

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

Section 2 — Our Products

Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. We aim to display all products as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Section 3 — Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. HomeHvn reserves the right to decline any order.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP £). For UK customers, we currently offer free tracked shipping on all orders. The total amount payable, including any applicable charges, will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order. We use secure payment processing and do not store full card details.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our international warehouse. Delivery to the United Kingdom usually takes 7 to 15 working days after dispatch (approximately 8 to 18 working days total including processing). These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We offer free tracked shipping to the UK on all orders.

All content on this website is owned by HomeHvn or used under licence. You may not use any content without our prior written consent.

Section 7 — Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites linked from our site.

Section 8 — Relationship with Shopify

HomeHvn is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly between you and HomeHvn. Shopify is not a party to any transaction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. However, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under UK law, including your right to bring proceedings in UK courts.
